Anya Volz is a New York City-based comic originally from Vermont. The comedian has earned the acclaim of men across America for her hilarious comics that aren't preachy. She is the writer and creator of material in Riot Fest: The Hard Times along with Macaulay's Bunny Ears. She has appeared in BuzzFeed, Vulture, and at major festivals, such as the Women in Comedy Festival in New York, as well as New York Comedy Festival. She is co-hosting Best Mistakes, a podcast on messed up comedy together with Brooklyn comedian Nika Lomazzo. In the pre-covid, she produced and hosted Our Time of the Week alongside Nika Lomazzo The Stand Comedy Club. The regular Thirst Trap Show with Anya Volz was also co-hosted by her. It was hosted in storied venues such as Union Hall Caveat, House of YES as well the NY Times. Her short film Sex Neutral premieres soon. Taylor-Joy resigned from school when she was just 16 to pursue a career in acting. Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. She is half English as well as Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. She is the daughter of an Argentinean who has Scottish, English and Argentinean descent. Her mother hails from Spanish and English descent. Taylor Joy also has 4 siblings. One of them is at each one of their parents' prior marriages. The family moved from Buenos Aires to Victoria, London when Taylor-Joy turned six. Taylor Joy claims that her move was extremely stressful. She refused to learn English and believed she would be able to relocate back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her new school when she moved from Northlands. After that, she attended Queen's Gate School and studied ballet and performed in school's dramas. When she was 16 she quit school in order to pursue acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy was an actress as a kid who was certain she would be one. She realized her dream after Sarah Doukas, the founder of Storm Management offered her a modeling job.
