Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a happy and go-lucky father. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from ups to the downs. I arrived in America with my family and brothers at the age of just one and a half years old. old I would not be living my life and sharing it to you, if not since my parents were devoted to dedication and hard work. My parents were my inspiration and helped me to become prosperous. My goals were set for me to go to university, get a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase the house. My idea of success was to attend college, graduate and get a corporate job. I would then marry then buy a house, and then have children. Life had other ideas. In 2013 I found myself looking forward to going back to work. job because the pay and prestige did not bring me joyand I was feeling that I was throwing my time and energy for a paycheck even though I knew I had a destiny. In 2013, I realized that my passion was fitness. I also loved socializing and being able to aid others. As I moved towards this direction change in my life, I started to find private training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating seven years of growth in 2021. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian women. To be a leader in my industry and to provide high-quality coaching and assist others in achieving a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to their specific needs and targets. In addition, I wish for people to feel empowered to pursue their goals and accomplish whatever they want in their life. As my career was taking off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my life to datethat of losing my mom. She won her eight year fight with the disease and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart at all times. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us however they are extremely useful. There are many ways that my mother's passing affected me in many ways. I truly believe she gave me another opportunity to live through her demise. The day she died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start an entirely new chapter. For me, it was a second chance for me to lead a fulfilled life. In my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling of living and being alive. I'm not feeling like I just exist anymore. My goal in telling my story is to show you that, you are not the only one. I would like you to be aware that love exists and that therapy is regular. Health is the most important asset you have. I hope that you enjoy the life you want to live and that you die without regrets because dying is the only possibility that awaits all of us during our lives.
